3&Co Footwear is a full service footwear and accessories design, development, and production studio. A women owned and operated company focusing on the future of the footwear and accessories industry.

Founders Jackie Gross and Diana Gartland have over 40 years of combined industry experience. Meeting at a large global footwear and apparel company, they have worked with an extensive array of clients ranging from the largest retailers across the globe to newly launching independent brands.

With design, development, and manufacturing partnerships all over the world, 3andCo seamlessly tailors its services to fit the exact needs of their clients. Jackie and Diana, are leading the industry in the transformation of footwear and accessories design, production and merchandising while employing transparency, adaptability, and efficiency, aiding in the brand navigation of our ever changing world.

Jackie Gross

Jackie Gross studied Industrial Design and started her career working as a stylist and textile designer. After a few years in LA she moved to New York where she met a designer who inspired her to pursue footwear design and she’s never looked back. She has over 25 years of experience, starting at a small family-run company which years later was acquired by a large global fashion company. Jackie has experience in all aspects of the design and development of footwear and has built blockbuster collections for some of fashion’s biggest names including Coach, Frye, J Crew, Lands’ End, Abercrombie & Fitch, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein and numerous Department store Private Label collections.

With experience working in Europe and Asia she is a design leader and partner who offers true range and a track record to back it up. She is driven to succeed by love for the challenge of creating footwear that balances the DNA of the brand with aesthetics, inherent curiosity, and a belief that innovation is fueled by collaboration.



Diana Gartland

Diana Gartland's passion for product design began while she was studying at The London College of Fashion. While there, she studied apparel design, marketing, and product development with a core concentration in footwear and accessories. She continued to pursue this passion when she returned to her native New York in 2007. Throughout her 15 year career Diana has worked for esteemed fashion houses such as Jean- Michel Cazabat, Tracy Reese, and Calvin Klein as well as smaller emerging brands overseeing both product development and manufacturing. She continued to hone her design skills and cultivate industry relationships when she moved to China in 2009. Currently based in New York, Diana's connections span across the globe with networks of manufacturers and artisans throughout Europe,  Africa, Brazil, Mexico, India, Asia and the United States.
